Trey Thomason, D.O.
Dr. Thomason was born and raised in Hinton, OK and has deep family roots in the area. He can trace two lineages that go back four generations to families that homesteaded in the area. In fact, the land the clinic is now on was homesteaded by his great-great grandfather Mr. Charles Luellen. After graduating from Hinton High School, Dr. Thomason received his bachelor’s degree in Zoology/Biomedical Sciences from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK. He then attended medical school at Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa, OK where he served as Class President for four years. Dr. Thomason underwent his dual residency training in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics in Kansas City, MO at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Dr. Thomason also received a Global Health certification while attending residency through Children’s Mercy Hospital. He is married to his wife Melissa Thomason who works alongside him at the clinic. Outside of practicing medicine, Dr. Thomason is an active follower of Jesus Christ, enjoys spending time with his wife Melissa, family, and friends. He enjoys traveling and time at the lake or in the mountains.
Jennifer was born in Oklahoma City and grew up in Moore, Oklahoma, graduating from Westmoore High School. She later married her husband Chris who is currently serving in the USAF. Chris and Jennifer welcomed their first son, Brayden, in 2007 before moving to Enid, Oklahoma in 2010 were they welcomed their second son, Hunter, in 2011. She attended Northern Oklahoma College where she completed the Radiography program and received her license as a Radiologic Technologist. Jennifer currently lives in Yukon, Oklahoma with her husband and two boys. Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, watching her boys play baseball, DIY projects, fishing, duck hunting, and anything that keeps her busy. Jennifer started working with Dr. Thomason in 2016 as an X-ray tech and medical assistant. She loves her job, enjoys interacting with patients, and providing the best possible care at Thomason Medical Clinic.
Melissa joined the Hinton community in April of 2017 when she married her husband Dr. Trey Thomason and is the front desk receptionist for Thomason Medical Clinic. She was born in Oklahoma City but grew up in the Dallas area. She attended Baylor University where she received her degree in Early Childhood Education. Before moving to Hinton, she spent 11 years working with elementary students and their teachers primarily in the Dallas area. Her focus was on inner city charter schools, teacher training and development, and English language learners. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She also loves cooking, the outdoors, and traveling. Melissa looks forward to working alongside her husband at Thomason Medical Clinic to serve the Hinton community and surrounding areas by providing exceptional patient care.

Dr. Trey Thomason and his wife Melissa founded Thomason Medical Clinic with the mission of providing comprehensive medical care to Hinton and surrounding areas. As both an internist, or adult medicine specialist, and a pediatrician, or child specialist, Dr. Thomason received training to treat all ages extensively. With a patient-focused approach, Dr. Thomason and his staff create a truly collaborative partnership with patients to develop a comprehensive wellness plan to help you and your family live your healthiest lives.
Danielle was born in Hutchinson, Kansas before moving to Geary in her grade school years. She then moved to Kingfisher in Middle School, where she graduated from Kingfisher High School in 1999. She attended Redlands Community College and graduated in 2005 with her degree in Nursing. She married her husband Cory in 2005, and they established their home in El Reno. Cory and Danielle have 3 children, Maddie, Maelee and Garett. Danielle worked as a Registered Nurse for 13 years before returning to school to work on her Masters Degree. Her nursing experience consisted of over 10 years as a Labor and Delivery Nurse, in addition to a few years in hospice care. She attended Frontier Nursing University in Kentucky and graduated with her Masters Degree in December of 2018. She joined Thomason Medical Clinic in March 2019. When she is not at work, you can find her watching her kids participate in their many activities: softball, dance, cookie decorating, baseball and basketball.
Catie was born in Norman, Oklahoma and graduated from Norman High School in 2012. She attended Oklahoma City Community College for a short time, completing her general education classes. She moved to Hydro in 2016, and married her husband Dustin Overton of Weatherford in November of 2017. Dustin currently works as a pumper for Marathon Oil. In January of 2018 she started nursing school at Caddo Kiowa Technology Center in Ft. Cobb and graduated as a Licensed Practical Nurse in May of 2019. July 2019 quickly approached as the couple welcomed their first daughter, Sage McKenzie Overton. She and her family are followers of Jesus Christ and currently live in Weatherford. Her hobbies include attending as many OU football games as she can, spending her summers on the lake, crafting, cooking, and traveling with her family.
Kristi was born in Denton, Texas. She grew up in north Texas and Louisiana and then moved to Hinton in 1984 to care for her grandmother. She is married and has 3 children and 7 grandchildren. She graduated nursing school with an ADN from Redlands in 1994 and started her career at St. Anthony’s in OKC in the ICU where she worked during the OKC bombing. Kristi furthered her education with a BSN from Southern Nazarene in OKC and has spent the majority of her career in critical care including recovering open hearts for 12 years and serving as the Director of ICU at Canadian Valley Hospital for several years where she received manager of the year in 2011. She is a believer in teamwork and feels a good team can accomplish anything. The teamwork at TMC is amazing and advocates for quality patient care every day. Her hobbies include fishing, camping, spending time with her family and being active with her church.
Kylie was raised down the road in Binger where she grew up helping out on her family’s farm. She went to school at Binger and is still a devout Bobcat. After high school Kylie played college basketball at Bethany College. She then went on to get her LPN at Austin Community College. She married Jobey, a native Hintonite, and they have three kids who keep them on their toes. She is very active in her church and community. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching her kids play sports, and reading. Kylie joined Dr. Thomason’s team in 2019, where she loves providing heartfelt, quality care to the patients and being a part of a great team.
Reyna was born in Oklahoma and lived in Hinton until she was 4yrs old. Her family traveled a lot when she was younger and she ended up back in Hinton in 4th grade. Reyna graduated from Weatherford High School and worked at Hinton True Value through high school and college. She then attended SWOSU in Weatherford and graduated with a bachelors in Health Science and a minor in business. Reyna is married and her husband, Jarett Ramming, currently serves in the Navy Reserve. They like to spend time at home or travelling to other states. She really enjoys helping people and being there for someone who is in need. At a young age she did not know what she wanted to do, but when she decided she knew that she had picked the right job for her. Reyna enjoys seeing and getting to know everybody in the community and she is excited to see where the future takes us.
